New User Basic Task FAQ
Q: How do I complete the new token Trading Competition's new user basic task?
You are eligible to participate as long as you have completed identity verification and have not yet performed a first-time trade (FTT).
Q: How do I qualify for the new user basic task reward?
Go to the Campaign page and click the [Join Now] button to enroll. You must achieve a net deposit ≥ 100 USDT, maintain the net deposit in your account for 3 consecutive days, and accumulate an eligible trading volume of 100 USDT equivalent in the specified tokens. Rewards are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: Net deposit = eligible deposits − withdrawals.
Q: When will the new user basic task reward be distributed?
Rewards will be distributed within 7 days after the campaign ends upon task completion.

Q: Why can't I complete the first-time trade task?
The first-time trade (FTT) task is only available to users who have not performed a first-time trade (FTT) prior to enrolling in the campaign. Eligible trade types include spot trading, futures, and other non-P2P transactions.
Q: Do I need to deposit 100 USD or more every day to meet the net deposit requirement?
No. As long as your eligible deposits have already met the requirement, you simply need to maintain the net deposit in your account for 3 consecutive days (72 hours).
Q: Why does the data on the Campaign page not match my actual progress?
Page data is not updated in real time and may be delayed by 10–15 minutes. Please refresh the page after a few moments.
Q: What is net deposit?
Net deposit = eligible deposits − withdrawals.
Q: What counts as an eligible deposit?
Eligible deposits include on-chain crypto deposits and purchases via P2P Marketplace. P2P sharing orders and internal transfers are not eligible. Note: For the new user basic task, you may deposit USDT or other tokens equivalent to 100 USDT.
Q: Why has my net deposit been reset?
Your net deposit is calculated from the moment you enroll in the campaign. Any withdrawals or P2P sell orders you make will cause your net deposit to be reset.
Q: Why hasn't my net deposit been updated after I made a deposit?
Page data is not updated in real time. If you have just made a deposit, please wait 10–15 minutes and then refresh the page. Net deposit only counts eligible deposits made after you enrolled in the campaign. Any deposits made to your account prior to enrollment will not be counted. After enrolling, if you made a withdrawal before depositing, or withdrew the same amount of assets after depositing, your net deposit will not be reflected.
Q: Which methods count toward the deposit requirement?
On-chain crypto deposits and P2P Marketplace purchases are eligible. P2P sharing orders and internal transfers are not counted.
Q: Can I use my deposited funds for OKX Earn, Convert, or spot trading?
Yes. As long as the funds are not used for withdrawals, P2P sell orders, or sending red packets, all other trading operations are permitted.
Q: Can I withdraw funds after receiving my reward?
Yes, you may proceed with normal withdrawals or trading operations.
Q: Can I withdraw funds after completing the task?
Yes, you may proceed with normal withdrawals or P2P sell orders without affecting your task status.
Q: How can I check the remaining reward quota for the task?
After enrolling in the campaign, you can view your current task status and reward eligibility on the Campaign page. If no rewards have been claimed yet, the page will display only the total reward amount. Once users begin claiming rewards, the page will show "Amount Claimed / Total Amount."
Q: Why can't I see this campaign on the homepage or in the Campaign Center?
