The market is quietly shifting from expansion into consolidation. After weeks of aggressive momentum chasing, liquidity is no longer spreading evenly across winners. Capital is becoming much more selective, while volatility is cooling across the board. Here is where liquidity is still flowing right now: LAB +2.9% with roughly 2.8 billion in volume and 51 million in open interest. H +2.2% holding 786 million in revenue and 21 million OI. HYPE processing over 1 billion volume with a massive 117 million OI. HOME attracting 141 million volume even as momentum slows. UB generating 62 million revenue with speculative interest still elevated. The real signal is not price. It is where capital continues to concentrate. Meanwhile, former leaders are losing steam. ORDI down 4.5%, SYRUP down 4.7%, RKLB down 3.6%, PIEVERSE down 3.7%, XLM down 3.1%, ARM down 3.2%, BSB down 2.7%, and ICP down 2.5%. But here is the nuance. Some of these assets still show significant activity despite weakness. XLM still processing 295 million volume. BSB holding 66 million revenue. ORDI generating over 43 million volume during the pullback. ICP maintaining near 35 million participation. When volume stays high while price stalls or declines, it usually signals rotation, not accumulation. The structure beneath the surface is changing. Momentum is cooling. Liquidity remains concentrated. Fewer assets are generating outsized returns. Capital is rotating instead of expanding. Traders are becoming more selective with risk. The strongest runs often don't end when liquidity disappears. They end when liquidity stops expanding. Right now, capital is still active, but it is flowing into fewer and fewer places. That is usually one of the earliest signs that market leadership is beginning to narrow. CoinMoveAlert
